• Passing on our experience and valuing the experience of others Identifying funding opportunities and developing funding bids for regeneration initiatives

• Using our resources effectively and efficiently

•Effective monitoring of the ratio of overheads to income

•Ensuring that, before any financial decisions are made, an assessment of the impact on overheads is made
